Great news – we’ve updated our COVID protocol so we can see you face-to-face again!
Here’s what you should need to know:
- Call or text us when you arrive.
- Once your history is taken via the phone with the doctor, we will let you know when to come up to the door.
- All medication pick-ups, food pick up, technician appointments (nail trims, injections, outpatient treatments) will remain curbside.
During the appointment:
- 1 person is allowed per appointment into the hospital with a mask on.
Note: We kindly ask that masks be worn properly at all times while in the building and social distancing protocol be followed in the waiting room as well.
If you do not wish to wear a mask inside our hospital, please let us know at the time of your appointment, and we’ll happily provide curbside care.
If you are more comfortable remaining in your vehicle during your pet’s visit, just let us know at the time of your appointment!
